The Print Customer Support Team
Its hard to contemplate running our business now without emails and computerised print management software. But we still prefer the face to face (or, for more far reaching customers, the sound of a real voice). It helps to build an understanding (on both sides) and contributes hugely to good service. If we're yet to meet here is the team most likely to welcome you. And if you know us all too well here are the faces behind the voices!

In the Office
- Sheila Speakman - the 'WonderWoman' of the front office. Possibly the first voice you speak to on the phone with the experience to ease any anxieties! Sheila combines managing our Accounts with keeping an eye on the progress of many jobs through the system
- Jane Bowyer - Sheila's partner in Accounts and, as is our practice, not afraid to combine taking calls in one hand and helping finish an urgent print job with the other.
Estimating & Production
- Duncan Betts - Fast approaching 100 years in the print business – well, it must be close or how else could one person have amassed such encyclopaedic knowledge! Duncan is in at the start of most jobs as our main estimator and also coordinates production to make sure your job is on time.
- Helen Bowden - Cut Helen down the middle and you'll either reveal 'Customer Care' or 'Netball' (depends which way you slice). Helen is there to help at the outset of jobs which perhaps need a little added input from our end. And she’s keen to see all our customers jobs arrive on time and to the right quality so helps Duncan cross check our production priorities are yours also!
