Insertion Options for Your Mailing

• Polywrap – our automated polywrap line pops your mailing items (newsletter, brochure, inserts etc.) together with an address carrier sheet into either a clear or gold poly bags. The carrier sheet can carry your own marketing messages as well as the PPI. The machine caters for documents between A5 and A4 size.
  
• Envelopes – some customers prefer an envelope, from DL or C5 to C4 (and all points in between). For many we overprint (one or two colours can be very effective) a marketing message with the PPI.

Mailing Fulfilment

We provide a fulfilment service for a number of customers, holding stocks of literature at Orphans and handling ad hoc requests for items to be despatched to specified addresses. For one particular customer we have setup an online system where requests are placed by our customer via the website, received and processed by Orphans providing ‘live’ order tracking and costing information.
