Mailings

Our mailings service is one of our more understated services and yet it's a service many of our customers value as part of the package and saves transferring print on to a specialist mailing service.

We are pretty well set up to handle a wide mix of mailings, from polywrap to envelopes. The mailings themselves range from 4 page leaflets to 300 page catalogues; from as low as 500 to 20,000. For those which meet the appropriate Royal Mail thresholds we process the supplied customer database through our specialist software to sort in either Mailsort, Presstream or Walksort order. This provides significant postage savings (the better your postcode matches, the greater your saving). Polywrap mailings usually are accompanied by a lasered carrier sheet which can double as the PPI and addressing artwork as well as carrying your promotional graphics and messages. Similarly we can overprint equivalent content on to envelopes in 1 or more colours if preferred.
