Studio Assistant

 
This role is to support the coordination of our Design and Web Development teams to ensure that customers receive a high standard of service and responsiveness and our expert teams are fully supported to deliver a high standard of work. 
 
You will be the first point of contact for customers for any support or after sales enquiry including being able to resolve simple issues or queries. For issues that can’t be resolved quickly, will require working with the respective team to provide a solution and communicate this with the customer. This role will also support the studio team by coordinating invoices, updating records and systems and general administration as required. 
 
This role requires a balance between the ability to provide a high level of customer service with a basic level of system or technical knowledge in order to solve more straightforward enquiries. 
 
Desired skills and experience
 
  • Comfortable with technology and using unfamiliar systems (as some of our internal systems are built in house)
  • An ability to organise complex information
  • Experience in resource planning/scheduling would be a distinct advantage
  • A good standard of written English ​

  • Self motivated and comfortable working both on your own and with others. 
  • Personable and able to build relationships quickly.
