Litho print

Litho Printing at Orphans

Litho printing is the benchmark for commercial print quality. And it is the cost effective way to print most jobs where you are thinking 1,000's rather than 100's. Of course, the emergence of online communication and digital printing has seen demand for print change. You know what you need to print and how many and by when; we're geared up more than ever to say 'we can help'. There is still strong appreciation of the value of printed communication and we see customers more intent on making their printing stand out. We print a diverse spectrum of commercial work, from leaflets and flyers to catalogues and books. Along the way we work hard to inject design ideas and material and finishing options into your printing so the end result looks and feels just right. And quietly in the background are the presses and operators making it happen.

It Has to be Heidelberg

The Rolls Royce of printing is Heidelberg. We have two 5 colour Speedmaster B2 presses and a companion SRA3 press. Both Speedmasters are top of the range with Alcolor damping and CPC controls to deliver superb solids and rich printing, from first sheet to last. Make ready is speedy and online colour controls mean the press matches the proof within a handful of sheets.

At the helm is a team of very experienced operators who take a pride in their presses and every printed sheet they produce.

Feel the Difference

We are very confident you will be delighted by the quality of our printing. Often the choice of materials can be rather neglected so why not ask us to suggest papers or boards to complement your designs.  There is such a wide choice but we can put together a selection of samples to consider.

Give Us 5

Our Speedmasters produce exceptional 4 colour process results. But why not make a real difference to your design with a distinctive spot colour? Both our Speedmasters have a fifth unit, ideal for using a pantone or metallic ink to add a wow factor to your printing.

Our litho presses love high quality, longer run work.
